Please read the following conditions of use. By using AvalonOffice.ca, you are agreeing to the conditions of this site. You should not access, browse or use AvalonOffice.ca if you do not agree to the following conditions.
Ordering and Prices:
- Prices offered at AvalonOffice.ca may differ from prices in our retail store (Avalon Stationery). All orders placed through AvalonOffice.ca will receive the listed prices. Avalon Stationery walk-in customers are subject to the store prices.
- All prices in the online catalogue are subject to change without notice.
- AvalonOffice.ca reserves the right to limit order quantities.
- Some of the products in our catalogue are not available at our Avalon Stationery retail store and are available only through online, fax or telephone ordering.
- Minimum order for personal account customers is $50.00.
Delivery:
- We offer free next day delivery with no minimum for our business account customers within our local area. Personal account customers are subject to a $50.00 minimum order within our local area. Personal account customers outside our local area subject to the $50.00 minimum order plus actual mailing costs.
- We will advise you of any back ordered items and give an estimated delivery date.
Changes and Errors:
- Although we make every effort to ensure that all images, descriptions and prices on AvalonOffice.ca are accurate, errors may still be present.
- We cannot be held accountable for manufacturer's errors or the discontinuation of a product. We will however do our best to offer substitutions in these situations.
