ORDERING:

  • How do I know if my order went through?
    We will send you a confirmation e-mail when your order has been received.

  • Can I have my order shipped to another location?
    Absolutely. When you go to check out under "delivery information" there is a "change address" button. Click on that and then enter in the new shipping address. Remember to change it back the next time you order since it will save this new address.

  • When will I receive my invoice? (Business accounts only)
    We will send you an invoice either via Email or Canada Post Mail after you receive your order.

  • What is the payment process?

    Business accounts payment options:
    Business Cheque:
    Upon approval we will email you an official invoice with net 30 day terms. There is a 2% monthly interest fee on all late payments. Please make cheques payable to Avalon Stationery, and mail it to 2033 West 4th Avenue Vancouver, BC V6J 1N3.


RETURNS/EXCHANGES:

  • What is your return policy?
    All merchandise can be returned within 30 days of purchase as long as it is in its original package and condition. Contact one of our sales representatives who will provide you with a return goods authorization (RGA) number (without this number, returns will not be accepted) and they will also arrange for a courier to pick up your return item(s).

  • Can I just give the return items to the driver when he delivers another order?
    All returns must first be arranged with one of our sales representatives. Any items given to a courier without our authorization will be denied or sent back at the sender's expense.

  • When will it be picked up?
    Usually within a day or two.
DELIVERY:

  • What is your delivery policy?
    For business account customers, we offer free next day delivery with no minimum. Some large furniture items may require an extra day. You will be advised of all back ordered items and given an approximate delivery date.

  • Can I specify a delivery date?
    Yes. When you check out under "delivery information" in the comments box, specify the date of delivery. Note: we are unable to deliver on weekends.

  • Can I pay the driver when s/he delivers my order?
    Unfortunately we do not accept cash on delivery.

  • Do you deliver using a courier company or your own trucks?
    At this time, all orders are delivered via DHL Courier or ABC Courier.
RETAIL STORE (Avalon Stationery):

  • Can I just pick up my order at Avalon Stationery?
    Yes, in most cases. However, it is necessary to first contact the retail store to make arrangements before or immediately after your order.

  • Does Avalon Stationery carry everything in the catalogue?
    Our retail store does not carry everything listed in the catalogue. We strongly advise calling before dropping by to ensure we have what you want in stock.

  • I bought something on-line, can I return it to Avalon Stationery?
    We will gladly accept any product that is in its original package/condition, along with your receipt/invoice.

  • I forgot my password…what should I do?
    Click on "I forgot my password". Our tech support team will email you a new password, where you can then login and change your password under the "My Account" section.
