Vancouver area
  • We offer free next day delivery- no minimum* required for our business account customers within our local area.
  • You will be advised of any back ordered items and given an estimated delivery date.
  • Some large furniture items may require an extra day.
    * Personal account customers will be subject to a $50.00 minimum order within our local area. Orders outside our local area are subject to the $50.00 minimum order plus actual mailing costs.
Toronto, Montreal area
  • We offer free delivery. (Minimum order $50.00)
  • Order items will be delivered within one or two business days from our Brampton, Ontario warehouse.
  • Furniture items may require an extra day and are subject to shipping charges.
Edmonton, Calgary area
  • We offer free delivery. (Minimum order $50.00)
  • Order items will be delivered within one or two business days from our Vancouver, BC warehouse.
  • Furniture items may require an extra day and are subject to shipping charges.
All other areas
  • Items will be shipped from either our Vancouver or Brampton warehouse.

Returns/Exchanges

    Business accounts:
    If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase let us know within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange*. Your request will be processed immediately.

    Personal accounts:
    If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase let us know within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or exchange*. Upon receipt of your returned item(s) we will process a refund on your credit card. We reserve the right to refuse any returns at our discretion.

  • Items to be returned or exchanged must be in its original condition and packaging.

  • All shipments being returned must have a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number written on the outer box. RGA numbers must be issued from one of our sales representatives. Without this number, shipments will not be accepted.

  • For all returns and/or exchanges or if there is a problem with your shipment call us at 604-731-1535 (M-F 8:30am-5:00pm) for immediate assistance.
